Colin Dorber Industrial Advocate and Arbitrator (AIAMA)
Colin is a highly skilled Advocate, with many years experience including frequent appearances in State and Federal industrial jurisdictions. He has represented both employers and employees and is well known throughout NSW and QLD for his commitment to the rural community. Colin has operated the EAS business since February 2003 and has already established a substantial client base in IR achieving excellent results for both employers and employees. Backed by a team of IR Consultants in NSW and QLD the company is fully cognisant with the new Workplace Relations legislation to deliver an up to date and effective service to clients. Colin has already delivered over fifty seminars and presentations about the WorkChoices Act and its implications for employers in Australia. EAS has already completed AWA’s and Collective AWA’s for a number of employers. Colin also completed an accredited certificate course in advocacy for Vietnam Veterans. He is also a qualified mediator and trainer and holds a current Blue Card. Colin is also an appointed member of the Board Policy Committee; Workplace Relations Committee and the Workplace Health and Safety Committee’s of Commerce Queensland. He is also the Founding Chairman of the Redlands Community Care Centre Pty Ltd. Mrs Sharyn Dorber EAS Director, Senior Strategist/OD/HR Consultant
With over 18 years experience in business development, sales and marketing, Sharyn is professionally qualified in administration, management, accounting and marketing. Her experience ranges from the arts, television, advertising and engineering, science technology, IT, construction, commercial leasing, IR and WC, the environment and Not for Profit Organisations. Individual skills include strategic planning and management, project and event coordination, administration, marketing, finance and human resources. Colin and Sharyn joined forces after seeing the benefit of aligning their experience and skills in an organisation focused on industrial relations, business strategy and human resource management – ultimately a team that could deliver a comprehensive service. Knowing this would work effectively for business owners so they would get "from where they are, to where they want to be". Sharyn is a Founding Director of the Redlands Community Care Centre Pty Ltd and holds a current Blue Card.
Mrs Vanessa McCormack EAS Specialist HR/OD Consultant
Vanessa has over 20 years experience in both the Public and Private sectors, having worked in customer service, management, human resources and Company Secretarial roles in the superannuation, insurance, airline and healthcare industries. She has extensive experience in the management of HR projects, and the development of strategic business plans and human resources policy at operational and senior management levels. Vanessa participated as a site assessor for the 2004 AHRI Awards for "Excellence in People Management".

Mr Jesse Yvanoff, EAS Employment Relations Advisor
Jesse has had twenty-one years in the black coal mining industry where he successfully performed roles related to production, technical services, training, enterprise bargaining and industrial advocacy. His’s exposure from within BHPBilliton and the CFMEU Mining & Energy Union brings forth practical and pragmatic employment relations experience. Jesse holds a Masters in Employment Relations and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and continues to add to his professional development through formal education and industry related seminars. Jesse has had direct involvement delivering workplace change through enterprise bargaining in the coal, electrical, port and contract cleaning industries and is an experienced trainer having delivered seminars in workplace relation’s legislation, occupational health and safety legislation, enterprise bargaining strategies and employment relations. Currently tutors at Griffith University in employment relations and occupational health and safety to undergraduate students in the business school. Jesse takes pride in delivering practical and effective advice in delivering training and employment relations strategies where he works diligently to assist in the client’s success.

Stephen is regarded as one of Queensland's leading industrial advisers, having been consulting to businesses for approximately 20 years with a broad breadth of experience and HR / IR knowledge across the finance, transport, engineering, civil, construction, health, small business, retail and sugar industries.
He has played an influential role in some of the most significant industrial relations projects in Queensland, including civil and mechanical construction projects, the rationalisation of awards and agreements. Stephen has represented many organisations across a range of industries in industrial relations matters.
Because of his knowledge in these areas he provides practical advice in resolving industrial or workplace relations matters.
