Employer Protect Benefits

• IR Advocacy and Representation, before either the FWA or approved Tribunals on a flat fee basis for retainer clients to the conclusion of conciliation – unfair dismissals – all other matters negotiated on a flat fee. Court filing fees and disbursements are extra.
  
  
• Telephone and Email Advisory Service. From 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday on any employment or related issues, including Workplace Relations, Modern Award interpretation , Workers Compensation, OH & S, Common Law Contracts, National Building Code, HR & ER issues.
  
  
• Email Newsletter and Updates. The newsletter provides articles about relevant workplace relations issues as well as analysis of recent cases & legislative changes.
  
  
• Investigations(workplace), conduct of terminations, advice on worker’s compensation obligations, conduct of disciplinary matters (flat fee retainer).
  
  
• Act as appointed ‘Bargaining Representative’ for Employers under the Fair Work Act.
  
  
• Assistance with compliance – Ensure compliance with relevant National and or Industry Codes of Conduct.
  
  
• Assistance with Independent Contractors and related matters, including Common Law Contracts, FWA, Sham Contract provisions and Code Compliance.
  
  
• Training and Development. Special rates for EAS clients, contact EAS for full details. (Seminar courses both on site and off site – competitive rates – quality service – courses include all lecture notes, role plays and copies of all presentations in a simply easy to use format.)
