Our services are designed to ensure that the impact of work related disputes against employees by current or former employers are minimised to provide tailored advocacy & representation and to guarantee the best possible outcomes.

Subscription Benefits

Telephone & Email Advisory Service
Unlimited access to qualified professionals from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday on any employment issue including harassment, discrimination, award interpretation, redundancy, dismissal, exit remuneration packaging, workplace agreements and contracts.

On Site/Workplace Representation
If you need to attend a meeting with your employer or their representative -don’t go alone. Representation at meetings with the employer or their representative – subscribers do not go alone. Conditions will apply.

Advocacy
Before any Industrial Relations Commission or Tribunal where an Agent can appear, for all industrial/employment related/ unfair dismissal actions. Conditions will apply.

Tailored Employment Agreements
